Urban Hunting Season To Open Nov. 1

(INS) – Desmond Nerdleman, director of the Department of Social Services, announced today a groundbreaking program for dealing with the city’s mushrooming homeless population. “In view of the huge number of homeless now living on the street and in our parks, the city will open a hunting season for harvesting them and thereby reducing the enormous drain on our budget,” Mr. Nerdleman told the press...
